Energetic HealingWhat is it? Life's ups and downs impact our physical, mental and emotional state. They also affect our life force.
Life force is a concept found in systems of healing, ancient and modern, east and west:
IST works on the layer of life force to release blockages and move negative energies out of the clients system. Like acupuncture this approach addresses problems which have their source in the layer of life force. But with meditative states not needles! Direct personal experience is central to all Inner Space Techniques. The client is taught energy management techniques for daily life to complement the healing sessions. The Inner Space Techniques have been developed over 20 years by a group of doctors, nurses, homeopaths and naturopaths. The techniques rest on a comprehensive model of consciousness based on meditation. The layer of life force forms part of this model.
Clearing TherapyJust as there are physical parasites there are energetic parasites that affect the layer of life force. This is a concept found in many forms of traditional medicine. Ayurveda, the traditional medicine of India, has one of its eight sections entirely devoted to the study of bhutas, or entities. In acupuncture, among the 361 points of the 14 main meridians, 17 have the word Kuei (meaning 'disincarnate spirit' or entity) as part of their main or secondary name. IST includes specific techniques to identify and eliminate such parasites. Additional Modalities of HealingScar TissueScars form where a physical trauma damages and leaves an imprint on the physical body. Along with the physical impact there can be an energetic component to this scarring. An energetic imprint or scar which remains embedded in subtle levels of the layer of life force. It can be surprising how much trauma is held at these sites. Certain IST practitioners specialize in this area. Dealing with Trauma and ConditioningThe layer of life force or etheric, can also be impacted by emotional trauma and mental conditioning. In these instances IST is used to source where the problem lies. More information on IST can be found here. |
